Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

You can track your order at parcelsapp, just enter your tracking number which should have been emailed or texted to you. If not, please contact us and we will help you track it.

How do I change the address on my order?

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP and we'll try to amend it for you. This can only be done before your parcel is sent. After it is sent, it is up to the shipping provider's discretion whether they can change it or not. If they cannot change it, it will eventually be returned to international customs for destruction or abandoned by the local courier in your country.

Please note that we will NOT be responsible for any loss or extra cost (including package loss and resending cost) caused by the incomplete/wrong delivery address. So please make sure to provide us with complete and correct address information.

Will I receive a shipping notification?

An email with tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once the order is shipped out.
*If you did not receive our shipping email, kindly check the following:
1. Please check whether the email address you used to placed the order is different.
2. Please check your junk email box / spam folder.
3. Please check if the email address provided at checkout is correct.

How long does it take for the package(s) to arrive?

What to do with lost parcel?

If your parcel has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer support right away. If the tracking shows the parcel is delivered while you do not receive it, please provide us proof of lost parcel issued by the local shipping service/post office with your order information at then we'll send you new package for free.

If you're unable to provide us the documents proving the loss after the tracking information was marked as "Delivered" to the shipping address entered on order, we will not be held responsible for stolen or lost package(s).

Ordering & Product

Do you restock items?

If the item is no longer on the website, you can ask our Customer Care Teams to check incoming stock, or remaining stock in the warehouse. All they need from you is the product name of the item and the size you want.

Due to the fact that a majority of our inventory is seasonal and most of our products are available in limited quantities, we generally don’t restock any products, this usually means that once an item or size is out of stock, we will no longer receive more to sell.

We recommend checking our website frequently for the most updated inventory and item availability. If we do restock a product on a special occasion, we announce this through our Instagram. You can join a waitlist to be notified when a sold out item becomes available. At the product page of a sold out item, please push the button 'Notify me when available' to receive future notifications.

What should I keep in mind before placing an order?

1. All sizes on the chart are for the largest external sizes of the clothes, not your body size.
2. Our item is Asian Size, smaller than European or US size, please order 1-2 sizes up, or confirm your measurement before ordering.
3. All measurements are in cm (1cm=0.39 inch). There is 1-3cm difference according to manual measurement. Please checking the dimensions of the item, provided in the description, before purchasing an item to avoid the hassle and cost of returning an item. We offer store credit for incorrect sizing following above time frames and requirements.
4. Due to the light and screen, slight color difference should be acceptable.

What size should I order?

Our size guide is a general guideline for recommending what size we think best suits you! You can refer to here: Size Guidelines 

However, please kindly note that some pieces may fit differently depending on the style, such as oversized sweatshirts which tend to run bigger than the general guidelines.

All the sizes are measured manually, so there might be a small degree of human error (2-3cm). If you are not sure about your size, we recommend you to make a measurement before making any purchase. If your size is in between two sizes, for example, between S and M, we recommend you to choose a size up.

About color difference

Our product pictures strive to showcase the true color of the product, but due to the different imaging materials of your device and the problem of light intensity during indoor and outdoor shooting, slight color difference is sometimes inevitable. This is sometimes unavoidable in online shopping, but it cannot be regarded as a product quality problem.


Do you offer payment in installments? 

We do not offer this payment method on our website. However, you have the possibility to pay in installments in our Etsy store with Klarna (only if Klarna is available in the country of purchase). Not all of our products are available in the Etsy store, feel free to contact us if the product(s) you'd like to purchase are not listed in our Etsy store.

What are the alternative payment methods if my card is declined?

If your credit card is declined when trying to make a purchase on our website, please use PayPal to checkout. You also have the possibility to order in our Etsy storecontact us if the product(s) you'd like to purchase are not listed in our Etsy store.

Cancellation & Return

Can I cancel an order?

We do not accept order cancellation as all our orders will be processed immediately, but we may be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch with our customer service via email if you would like to modify your order information within 24 hours.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased?

Basically, all sold items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless valid reason(s) and evidence are given. If you have any problems with your purchase, kindly immediately contact us at or IG inbox @amonbelamour.

For making a request an exchange or return, you need to inform us by email within 3 days upon receipt and get our confirmation before sending it back. Item(s) returned to us must be in original condition and returned within 3 business days with a valid tracking numberotherwise we won’t be able to identify which return package is yours.

Keep in mind, we reserves the right to reject the return products that do not meet our requirements and under such circumstances, the package will be sent back to you (depending on the terms of use of the shipping service you chose, you may be required to pay an additional fee to receive your return package).

Returns Time Frame & Requirements

We offer store credits on returns that meet below requirements.
Store credits are valid for 30 days from issue and does not include postage.
3 days of the item/s being delivered to you
• Returns form filled out and included in returns package
• All clothing must be in original unworn and unwashed conditions with tags still attached and not damaged whistle in the customer's possession (make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder and odours on the garment)
• Cost of return postage is payable by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse return of an item if we believe it is not in the original condition as it was shipped. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned at the customers expense.

Please kindly note that our Return Policy does not support these kinds of reasons: item doesn't fit, item doesn't meet my expectation, the style doesn't suit, changed mind, delays in delivery, don't need anymore, just simply want to return without a reason,...

Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?

We are very sorry, we are unable to process size exchanges due to the limited stock of our merchandise. Please be sure to check the Size Chart before ordering or contact us for assistance.
All of our textiles come with a size guide to help our friendly customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. Our team took care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large.

Why don't you offer free returns? 

This may be frustrating news, and it’s understandable if you feel this way. After all, giant companies like Zara, H&M offer free returns. Why shouldn’t we do the same to remain competitive?

The reasons for our policy are as follows:

1. Reverse Logistics Costs

Reverse Logistics is the process of receiving returned items and deciding what to do with them. For huge companies, this may not be much of an issue. Their massive warehouses can usually handle forward-and-reverse logistics considerations easily. For a small company, this costs time and can be expensive. These extra expenses are challenging to spare without price increases across the board.

2. Environmental Impact

Many large companies accepting free returns still do not have the capacity to hire enough people to check every single item sent back. Doing so would cost more than simply throwing away what is returned. Every year the equivalent of 5 billion tons of returns end up in landfills - adding pollution to our planet. Unfortunately, the effects on the environment do not stop there.

For carriers to transport an item in both directions, the environmental impact is essentially doubled with every purchase. Multiply this by the vast number of people who buy multiple items with the thought that they will return one of them, and you create astronomical, environmental costs.

For the above two reasons, we don’t offer free returns. We care about the environment, and we don’t want to raise our prices to handle reverse logistical costs.

That being said, while we’d love to have your business, we ask that you PLEASE think through your decision before placing an order. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service and products, so we want to make sure that you understand why our policies are the way they are. And hey, if you’re ever unsure about what to get someone else and you don’t want to have to worry about returns, you can always get a gift card!

It’s going to take a combined effort if we are going to help save the planet. Our “no free returns” policy is one way in which we are doing our part to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible.
