Purchase Protection Policy

The package has not arrived yet and the tracking information is NOT marked as "delivered"!

- For most destination countries: If 90 days have gone by but you still have not received the package and the tracking information doesn't show the package delivered: The parcel must have been lost in transit. Please contact us and our Purchase Protection Policy will be immediately implemented: ÀMonBelAmour will proceed to send new package for free (please kindly note that full refund requests will not be accepted since the Postal Service in your country is responsible for and compensates for lost parcels. If all you want is not a new package but a refund/compensation, please file a claim to your country's Postal Service yourself).

- For the buyers from the United States: If 75 days have gone by but you still have not received the package and the tracking information doesn't show the package delivered: The parcel must have been lost in transit. Please contact us and our Purchase Protection Policy will be immediately implemented: ÀMonBelAmour will proceed to send new package for free (please kindly note that full refund requests will not be accepted since the US Postal Service is responsible for and compensates for lost parcels. If all you want is not a new package but a refund/compensation, please file a claim to USPS yourself).

‼️Please kindly note that a package can ONLY be considered as lost and a new package can ONLY be sent if 75 days for the buyers from the US and 90 days for the buyers from other countries have passed from the date the shipping email was sent to the buyer and the tracking information still does not show the package delivered.

❌Purchase Protection Policy is not applicable for orders with wrong addresses, changed addresses or addresses missing information!

Unfortunately, the parcel is no longer our responsibility after it has been shipped. Please make sure you entered your correct address including your unit number if applicable. We are not held responsible for any wrong addresses, address changes or addresses missing information. If you had an address change and/or you want to amend the address while your parcel is in transit, we'd advise you to get in touch with your local postal or shipping service to inquire and provide additional information to assist with delivery if necessary.

If your package was marked as “Delivered” but you have not received, please file an investigation with your local postal or shipping service immediately since it is their job to ensure you receive your parcel. If it is confirmed as lost/stolen, please provide us the documents proving the loss issued by the local postal or shipping service so that we can send you a new package for free.

‼️Please keep in mind that if the customer is unable to provide us proof proving the loss, we will not be held responsible for lost/stolen parcels if the tracking information was marked as "Delivered"!
