The waist refers to how to wear ancient Western half skirts. The front and back waists are tied separately to fix the waist, which is more inclusive. 

In order to make the skirt more versatile, there is an interchangeable design at the waist, and a nine-character hook is added.

And the attached white webbing can be replaced according to the outfit.
