Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping service. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

Our warehouse is based in China. When package lands in your country, it will be delivered by your local carrier. There are certain locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, please contact us.

Order Processing Time

For most countries, it normally takes us 2-5 business days to verify the transaction, examine the products, packing the orders and handle them to our shipping courier to make sure everything our customers receive is in perfect condition. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship if we are experiencing high volume. We do not ship on the Chinese holidays. ÀMonBelAmour is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

For these countries: Montenegro, India, Algeria, Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Nepal, Armenia, Morocco, Colombia, Bangladesh, Uruguay, Jordan, Cyprus: the order processing time is about 10-15 workdays.

Customers will receive an email once the order is shipped out that contains the tracking information. Please make sure that the email address provided at checkout is correct. If you do not receive a shipping email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time and pre-order/production time of the product.

Standard Shipping (under standard circumstances)

  • North America: 10-20 days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 days
  • Europe: 10-20 days
  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 days
  • Japan: 7-12 days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-3 Business Weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 2-3 Business Weeks
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 1-3 Business Weeks

There may be some delay in delivery due to the pandemic, war, customs process, weather and other factors that we cannot control or interfere. Some remote cities or areas may also take longer times to deliver. There is NO guarantee for an accurate delivery date. All shipping times are estimated and not 100% guaranteed. Please understand and wait patiently!

Please opt for Express Shipping available at checkout or message us before placing an order if you need a rush order or need the item(s) by a specific date. We do not accept order cancellation and we will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

Please note that it makes no sense to add a note to the paid order to urge the delivery. All special and specific concerns must be requested or asked before payment!

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped out more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Customs Duties

For now, customs fees (VAT) to the United States, European Union, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Israel and the United Kingdom are paid by us.

For customers from Kazakhstan, Peru and Brazil, shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express Shipping for your order. If customers refuse to pay for VAT or the customs cannot reach customers by phone, the package will be disposed and we will not be responsible for the loss.
Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping for orders over 100€ to most countries. For shipping destinations and shipping costs for orders under 100€, will reflect at checkout.


Failed Delivery

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to update your address information. If your items have been shipped, we can not update the address information and we'll suggest you to get in touch with local courier if you want to update your address information. If your package cannot be delivered due to the incomplete/wrong address information, your package will be sent back to international customs for destruction or abandoned by the local courier. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or extra cost (including package loss and resending cost) caused by the incomplete/wrong delivery address. So please make sure to provide us with complete and correct address information.

Lost Package

Please keep in mind that we hand packages over to the shipping company, but they are delivering it! Not all circumstances are under our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and receiving it. Any claims for lost packages need to be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.

If a package is confirmed as lost, please provide us with the documents proving the loss issued by the shipping company so that we can verify your claim and send you a new package for free or issue a full refund.
