Most of our new designs are thoughtfully made to order as we are aiming to reduce waste, minimise overproduction, and uphold our commitment to quality.

Pre-order is a process where you purchase an item in advance of it being made. A made-to-order item isn’t kept in stock, we begin creating it once your order is placed. This thoughtful approach helps small brands like ours better understand demand, avoid overproduction, and reduce waste.

Because we often work with limited, upcycled fabrics, quantities are capped based on how much we can make. Once a style sells out, we may not be able to recreate it.

While made-to-order pieces follow our standard sizes and designs, they aren’t tailored to individual measurements.

We are a small brand and only have the capacity to make a limited number of garments. By offering preorder we can ensure we are making the right quantities of the sizes our customers need without excess product.

Slow, small-batch fashion. We believe in creating small production runs of a few, thoughtful styles each season. We only produce clothing we truly believe in rather than constant drops of too many.

Pre-orders help you secure your item in advance, some styles may only be available this way and won’t be stocked on the site again later. If you’ve fallen for something, it’s best to reserve it early.

We provide an estimated dispatch timeframe for pre orders, but please note that we’re unable to guarantee an exact date. As a small team creating thoughtfully detailed designs, production typically takes 10–20 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary, with your order sometimes being ready a little sooner or taking a little longer.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. The total time to receive a pre-order is therefore the production time plus the applicable shipping time for your destination.

If you purchase pre-order and in-stock items together, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are ready. We do this to reduce unnecessary shipments and to produce only what is ordered. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work towards a more considered and sustainable approach to production and shipping.

We don’t plan to eliminate pre orders. As our brand grows, we hope to keep our best selling designs available as part of our core collection, alongside our seasonal and limited edition pieces.

By placing a pre order, you acknowledge that the stated production and dispatch timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. From time to time, a pre order may be ready a little sooner or take a little longer than expected. Either way, we’ll keep you updated along the way and let you know if there are any meaningful changes to your order.

We offer international shipping services. Nothing means more to us than providing our customers with great value and exceptional service. We are committed to growing to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service that exceeds expectations, anywhere in the world.

Our warehouse is located in China. For Standard Shipping, once the package arrives in your country, it will generally be delivered by your local postal service. However, there are certain locations to which we are unable to ship. If you are located in one of these countries, please contact us.

1. For most countries, it typically takes us 5-10 business days to verify the transaction, examine the products, pack the orders, and hand them over to our shipping courier, ensuring that everything our customers receive is in perfect condition. During periods of high volume, it may take up to 14 business days for your order to ship. Please note that we do not ship during Chinese holidays. ÀMonBelAmour is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

2. For our dear customers in India, Morocco, Colombia, and select destinations*, please allow 10–15 business days for order processing, and an additional 10–15 business days for delivery via La Poste from France. Occasionally, slight delays may occur, merci for your patience.

Need it faster? We can arrange DHL Express (5–7 business days) at your expense, just reach out to our Customer Service and we’ll send over a personalised checkout link just for you.

You will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct. If you do not receive a shipping email, kindly check your spam folder or contact us.

Please note that shipping time begins once your order has been shipped. It does not include processing or production time, if applicable.

Standard Shipping (under standard circumstances)

• North America: 7-12 days
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-12 days
• Europe: 7-12 days
• Asia: 4-8 days
• Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-15 days
• North Africa and the Middle East: 7-10 days

There may be delays in delivery due to the pandemic, war, customs processes, weather, and other factors beyond our control. Some remote cities or areas may also require additional time for delivery. There is no guarantee of an exact delivery date, and all shipping times are estimates, not 100% guaranteed.

You may select Express Shipping at checkout, or contact us before placing your order if you require expedited delivery or need your item(s) by a specific date. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and we are not responsible for delays caused during transit.

Please note that adding an order note to request faster delivery will not expedite the shipping process. Any special requests or specific concerns must be addressed before completing your order.

With some shipping companies, it may take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was shipped more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information available for your tracking number, please contact us.

No surprises at checkout – we currently cover customs duties and import taxes to the EU, UK, US, Australia, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand & Israel.

Please note: Shipments to Kazakhstan and Peru are shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid). For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any in-going customs or tax costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. The recipient is considered the importer and is responsible for any customs or import fees in their country. If a shipment is refused, you’ll still be responsible for the original order total, shipping costs, any import fees, and return charges. Since refused parcels aren’t guaranteed to return safely to us, we’re sadly unable to offer refunds in these cases. We recommend checking your local import fees before placing an order, thank you for understanding!

We offer free standard shipping for orders over 100€ to most countries. Shipping destinations and costs for orders under 100€ will be displayed at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address information. Once your items have been shipped, we cannot update the address, and we recommend that you reach out to the local courier for any address changes.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be returned to international customs for destruction or abandoned by the local courier. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs (including package loss and reshipping fees) incurred due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Therefore, please ensure you provide us with complete and accurate address information.

Please keep in mind that while we hand packages over to the shipping company, they are responsible for delivery. Not all circumstances are within our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and ensuring its receipt. Any claims for lost packages must be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.

If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not yet received it, please make sure to firstly contact your reception, neighbours and have a thorough search in all the places it might possibly be left. If it is still nowhere to be found, contact the courier your package was shipped with to get further information.

If a package is confirmed as lost, please provide us with the documentation issued by the courier confirming the loss. This will help us verify your claim, enabling us to either send you a new package at no charge or issue a full refund.

Returns are accepted on all orders under certain conditions, except for UK and U.S. orders. We’re currently unable to process returns from the UK and U.S. due to extended transit time and customs complexities.

When shopping with ÀMonBelAmour, we kindly remind you to make your decisions thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns without a valid reason and supporting evidence. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and recording the unboxing process in one continuous video (starting from when the package is sealed to when it’s completely open). This helps us verify any issues and assist you more effectively. If you encounter any problems with your item(s), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video.

• Products arrived damaged (unboxing video & photos required).
• Incorrect/wrong or missing products (unboxing video required).
• Item is incorrect size label and/or incorrect color (videos required).

To make return service as easy as possible, please strictly follow the guidelines as below:

• Contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 3 days upon receipt. Items returned after 3 days and items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Do not send the item(s) back to the address on the package. If your return/exchange request is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
• ÀMonBelAmour does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
• Items can not be returned in the process of shipping.
• Last Chance/Limited Edition/Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• All lingeries and bodysuits are FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons.
• ÀMonBelAmour strictly doesn't support these kinds of reasons: not as expected, changed mind, delays in delivery, the style doesn't suit, item doesn't fit, no longer need the item(s),…
• Pre-order items can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
• Items can not be returned in case of wrong size selection. In accordance with our environmental policy, we do not approve fast fashion (order, try on and return), and want to limit polluting round trips of goods.
• If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
• We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
• For returns from Canada, Australia and The UK, as of January 1st, 2024, we no longer accept returned package(s) shipped by Canada Post/Australian Post/Royal Mail. We accept ONLY returned package(s) shipped by DHL Express. Proof of postage and valid tracking number are required.
• Any loss or damages in transit of return are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep the proof of postage and a record of tracking number as a reference.
• Customs Duties: The postage and any applicable taxes incurred during the return are fully the responsibility of the customer. If not resolved within 30 days, the package will be automatically sent back to you and additional storage fees may apply.

Only issues related to quality or mistakes on our part are eligible for refund or return. Non-quality-related reasons are not considered valid for refund or return requests.

1. Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display are not considered as quality issues;
2. Subjective dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason is not considered as quality issues;
3. Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not considered as quality issues;
4. Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not considered as quality issues and will not be accepted for returns or refunds;
5. Sizing issues are not considered as quality issues;
6. Differences in how the length falls on your body are not considered quality issues or description errors. Fit may vary depending on your height and body shape, so the garment may not fall exactly as shown on our model.
7. The Archive pieces are sold in their original condition; internal labeling or size tags may vary or be partially absent due to prior handling, while the garment measurements remain individually verified by our team prior to dispatch.

We want to ensure smooth delivery for your order, so please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by customers. This includes things like an incorrect address, contact number, or consignee's name. Unfortunately, in such cases, we won’t be able to process a refund.

It's important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by ÀMonBelAmour. As the customer, you'll be responsible for paying for a DHL Express shipping label, and should keep proof of postage in case any issues arise during shipping. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a tracking number, as it helps us identify your return package. Once we’ve received the item back and completed our inspection, we’ll process your refund for the original amount minus (initial shipping costs + initial Duties & Taxes of your country + 30% China's Customs Import Tax). If you benefited from free shipping, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Just a friendly reminder: the initial customs duties and import taxes we paid to clear the package in your country, as well as any China Customs import taxes (VAT) incurred during a return, will not be covered by ÀMonBelAmour. These charges will be deducted from your final refund.

Once your item is returned and accepted for a refund, we will process it using your original payment method. Please allow 20-28 business days for the refund to clear. Additionally, we’re happy to offer you a credit note that can be used on our website.

By making a purchase, you agree to our refund policy terms. Please keep in mind that any violations of our terms and policies may lead to a permanent ban from shopping with us.
