This is not your average outerwear. With over three layers of construction, custom jacquard linings, and meticulous tailoring, ‘Humphrey’ is easily our most intricate, labor-intensive trench to date.

We constructed the silhouette in three rich layers: a breathable, soft twill lining for comfort; a satin jacquard middle layer that adds subtle gloss and softness; and an outer shell in high-density twill trench fabric that opens to reveal the inner gleam. The result? A trench that blends timeless tailoring with fashion-forward volume and dimensional detail.

The double-layered lapel creates depth around the neckline and can be styled up into a stand collar, thanks to the antique brass hook closure. A triangular wind guard beneath the collar adds functional flair, while the sharply cut cape-inspired back, pleated inserts, and thoughtfully exposed jacquard at the waist and cuffs give the whole look a powerful, je ne sais quoi sophistication.

The high waistline is cinched from the inside with a tonal sash belt, adjustable through concealed side openings. The outer waist belt is fixed in place for a layered look that’s bold, clean, and so us. Deep front patch pockets with fine welt detailing keep things practical yet polished. The subtly flared hem sways with movement, revealing just a glint of satin with every step—making every sidewalk feel like a catwalk.

And the fit? The upper body is sharply contoured with soft dropped sleeves that flatter all shoulder types, while the lower half floats open with freedom and flow. Sleeves are deconstructed with buttoned panels to flash hints of the jacquard beneath—it’s details like these that elevate the everyday.

Crafted in a classic khaki neutral from one of China’s premier suppliers, the outer fabric feels buttery-soft yet structured, and the custom-developed jacquard lining glows softly under light—think rose motifs and mini floral clusters woven in low-key luxury.
