Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping services. Nothing means more to us than providing our customers with great value and exceptional service. We are committed to growing to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service that exceeds expectations, anywhere in the world.

Our warehouse is located in China. For Standard Shipping, once the package arrives in your country, it will generally be delivered by your local postal service. However, there are certain locations to which we are unable to ship. If you are located in one of these countries, please contact us.

For most countries, it typically takes us 3-5 business days to verify the transaction, examine the products, pack the orders, and hand them over to our shipping courier, ensuring that everything our customers receive is in perfect condition. During periods of high volume, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Please note that we do not ship during Chinese holidays. ÀMonBelAmour is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

For these countries: Montenegro, India, Algeria, Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Nepal, Armenia, Morocco, Colombia, Bangladesh, Uruguay, Jordan, Cyprus: the order processing time is about 10-15 workdays.

You will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct. If you do not receive a shipping email, kindly check your spam folder or contact us.

Standard Shipping (under standard circumstances)

  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 days
  • Europe: 10-20 days
  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 days
  • Japan: 7-12 days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-3 Business Weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 2-3 Business Weeks
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 1-3 Business Weeks

There may be delays in delivery due to the pandemic, war, customs processes, weather, and other factors beyond our control. Some remote cities or areas may also require additional time for delivery. There is no guarantee of an exact delivery date, and all shipping times are estimates, not 100% guaranteed.

Please choose Express Shipping available at checkout, or message us before placing an order if you need a rush order or require the item(s) by a specific date. We do not accept order cancellations and will not be held responsible for any delivery delays.

Please note that adding a note to a paid order to expedite delivery is not effective. All special requests or specific concerns must be addressed prior to payment.

With some shipping companies, it may take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was shipped more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information available for your tracking number, please contact us.

Currently, customs duties and importtaxes to European Union, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Israel and the United Kingdom are covered by us.

For customers from the United States, Kazakhstan and Peru, shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any in-going customs or tax costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over 100€ to most countries. Shipping destinations and costs for orders under 100€ will be displayed at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address information. Once your items have been shipped, we cannot update the address, and we recommend that you reach out to the local courier for any address changes.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be returned to international customs for destruction or abandoned by the local courier. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs (including package loss and reshipping fees) incurred due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Therefore, please ensure you provide us with complete and accurate address information.

Please keep in mind that while we hand packages over to the shipping company, they are responsible for delivery. Not all circumstances are within our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and ensuring its receipt. Any claims for lost packages must be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.

If a package is confirmed as lost, please provide us with the documentation issued by the shipping company confirming the loss. This will help us verify your claim, enabling us to either send you a new package at no charge or issue a full refund.

Please note that starting April 10th, your orders will be shipped from France due to Trump's tariff on goods from China. This means that processing your orders may take longer since your items will need to transit through France before we send them to the U.S., instead of our previous direct shipping from our warehouse in China.

While we're doing our best to help you avoid high tariffs on your packages, please understand that the potential processing delays, including transit in France, is beyond our control.

For orders to the U.S. placed after April 10, processing times will range from 10 to 20 days before your order can be shipped.

We will use La Poste (French Postal Service) as our standard shipping method, which typically takes an additional 10–15 workdays for delivery. If you need faster shipping, please reach out to us via email, and we’d be happy to provide a custom link for your order.
