If the item is no longer on the website, you can ask our Customer Care Teams to check incoming stock, or remaining stock in the warehouse. All they need from you is the product name of the item and the size you want.

Due to the fact that a majority of our inventory is seasonal and most of our products are available in limited quantities, we generally don’t restock any products, this usually means that once an item or size is out of stock, we will no longer receive more to sell.

We recommend checking our website frequently for the most updated inventory and item availability. If we do restock a product on a special occasion, we announce this through our Instagram. You can join a waitlist to be notified when a sold out item becomes available. At the product page of a sold out item, please push the button 'Notify me when available' to receive future notifications.

If our team created a video for a product, we definitely would have shared it on our Instagram. If you don’t see a video, it just means we haven’t made one for that specific item. Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide extra pictures or videos on request.

The upcycled fabrics we repurpose are high quality textiles no longer needed or suitable for production by luxury fashion or textile companies. These fabrics may have been rejected due to overstocking and surplus production and would typically be discarded in landfills. Upcycling these beautiful fabrics gives them a second life and helps to reduce waste and environmental impact.

1. Order cancellations are not accepted.
2. There are no returns on UK and U.S. orders due to long transit times and complexities with customs.
3. All sizes on the chart are for the largest external sizes of the clothes, not your body size.
4. Our item is Asian Size, smaller than European or US size, please order 1-2 sizes up, or confirm your measurement before ordering.
5. All measurements are in cm (1cm=0.39 inch). There is 1-3cm difference according to manual measurement. Please checking the dimensions of the item, provided in the description, before purchasing an item to avoid the hassle and cost of returning an item. We offer store credit for incorrect sizing following above time frames and requirements.
6. Due to the light and screen, slight color difference should be acceptable.

However, please kindly note that some pieces may fit differently depending on the style, such as oversized sweatshirts which tend to run bigger than the general guidelines.

All the sizes are measured manually, so there might be a small degree of human error (2-3cm). If you are not sure about your size, we recommend you to make a measurement before making any purchase. If your size is in between two sizes, for example, between S and M, we recommend you to choose a size up.

Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed.

Our product pictures strive to showcase the true color of the product, but due to the different imaging materials of your device and the problem of light intensity during indoor and outdoor shooting, slight color difference is sometimes inevitable. This is sometimes unavoidable in online shopping, but it cannot be regarded as a product quality problem.

All items that are marked Last Chance cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. We understand purchasing Last Chance items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

We do not produce mass bulk and because of this we offer pre-orders. We cut very small runs of inventory and operate on a pre-order basis, to ensure that each garment is going to someone that loves it.

As a zero-waste brand, fabric remnants are used to make accessories and/or donated to a local company that uses them in padding for sports equipment.

Payment

We do not offer this payment method on our website. However, you have the possibility to pay in installments in our Depop store with Klarna (only if Klarna is available in the country of purchase). Not all of our products are available in the Depop store, feel free to contact us if the product(s) you'd like to purchase are not listed in our Depop store.

If your credit card is declined when trying to make a purchase on our website, please use PayPal to checkout. You also have the possibility to order in our Depop store, contact us if the product(s) you'd like to purchase are not listed in our Depop store.

We process payments in Euro (EUR). You may choose different currencies to show product prices on our website but the payments will be processed in Euro. The prices you see on our website might also be different to what you are charged on your credit card account depending on currency exchange rates and fees your bank uses.

Shipping & Delivery

You can track your order at parcelsapp, just enter your tracking number which should have been emailed or texted to you. If not, please contact us and we will help you track it.

If you've entered an incorrect address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help you correct it! Just a friendly reminder that we can only make these changes before your parcel has been shipped. After it’s on its way, it’s up to the shipping provider to determine if they can update it. If they can't make the change, the parcel may be returned to international customs for destruction or might be abandoned by the local courier in your country.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or additional costs, such as package loss or reshipping fees, resulting from an incomplete or incorrect delivery address. We kindly ask that you double-check to ensure your address information is complete and accurate.

An email with tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once the order is shipped out.

If you did not receive our shipping email, kindly check the following:
1. Please check whether the email address you used to placed the order is different.
2. Please check your junk email box / spam folder.
3. Please check if the email address provided at checkout is correct.

Your items that are placed in one order can be shipped within one package or separate packages.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. All shipping times are estimates and are not 100% guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as the pandemic, war, customs processes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, some remote cities or areas may require extra delivery time.

You may select Express Shipping at checkout or contact us before placing an order if you need rush delivery or require the item(s) by a specific date. Please note that we do not accept order cancellations, and we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.

The delivery time begins once an order is shipped. This does not include the processing period during which your items are prepared, manufactured, and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that processing times may be longer during sale periods.

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.

Here are additional external factors that may cause delivery delays, aside from the pandemic, war, customs processes, and weather conditions:

1. Carrier Capacity or Operational Constraints: When shipping companies experience high volumes or staffing shortages, packages can be delayed due to constrained resources or operational backlogs.

2. Labor Strikes: Strikes at transportation or postal services, ports, or warehouses can halt operations temporarily, causing extended delays.

3. Unexpected Holidays or Local Events: Periods of national, regional, or local celebrations or events can disrupt the normal flow of shipments, particularly if carriers, warehouses, or highways are closed.

4. Regulatory or Compliance Changes: Sudden changes in import/export regulations, new taxes, or required documentation can slow down logistics procedures, even if we have no control over these changes.

Our first recommendation is to provide your work address during checkout, an address where someone will be available to receive the package during work hours, or a PO Box number. If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier company will contact you. If you are unable to receive the delivery, please reach out to the shipping company as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. If the tracking status indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please provide us with proof of the lost parcel issued by your local shipping service or post office, along with your order information, at info@amonbelamour.com. Upon verification, we will send you a replacement package free of charge.

However, if you are unable to provide the required documents proving the loss after the tracking information is marked as 'Delivered' to the shipping address you provided, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost package(s).

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are welcome under specific conditions for all orders if they are postmarked within 3 days of delivery. Please note that UK and US orders are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
• Cost of return postage is payable by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse return of an item if we believe it is not in the original condition as it was shipped. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned at the customers expense.

Our Return Policy does not accept returns for the following reasons: the item does not fit, the item does not meet expectations, the style does not suit personal taste, a change of mind, delays in delivery, or items that are no longer needed,…

To request a return, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving your item and obtain our confirmation before sending it back. Returned item(s) must be in their original condition and sent back within 3 business days with a valid tracking number. Otherwise, we may not be able to identify your return package.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to reject returned items that do not meet our requirements. In such cases, the package will be returned to you. Depending on the terms of the shipping service, you may be required to pay an additional fee to receive your return package.

We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection. To avoid such issues, please carefully read the item description and refer to the Size Chart before placing an order. Our clothing is in Asian sizes, which differ from US, EU, UK, and AU sizes. We also provide a Size Guide at the product page to help you measure your body accurately.

Sizes may vary between styles, and each item follows its own Size Chart. Be sure to compare the item's measurements to your own, as manual measurements can vary by ±1–3 cm. This will help you find the best fit before ordering.

If you are between sizes or unsure, consider going one size larger, then you can work with a tailor for a customized fit. A skilled tailor can make subtle adjustments so the item looks like it was made just for you.

Additionally, in line with our environmental policy, we do not support fast fashion practices (such as ordering, trying on, and returning items) and aim to minimize the environmental impact of unnecessary shipping.

We sincerely regret that we are unable to process size exchanges due to the pre-order nature and limited stock of our merchandise.

Please ensure you check the Size Chart before placing your order, or contact us for assistance. Each of our garments includes a detailed Size Guide to help our valued customers avoid this type of inconvenience.

Our team has carefully measured each item and included detailed comments in the product descriptions. Therefore, buyers assume full responsibility for selecting products that may be too small or too large.

We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this!

Once we have received the item back and it has been checked, we will refund you the original amount minus (initial shipping costs + initial Duties & Taxes of your country + 40% China's Customs Import Tax). If you received free shipping, please note that our standard shipping costs will be deducted from the amount for any returned items.

This may be frustrating news, and it’s understandable if you feel this way. After all, giant companies like Zara, H&M offer free returns. Why shouldn’t we do the same to remain competitive?

The reasons for our policy are as follows:

1. Reverse Logistics Costs

Reverse logistics is the process of handling returned items and determining the best course of action for them. For larger companies, this can be fairly manageable, as their extensive warehouses can typically accommodate both forward and reverse logistics efficiently. However, for smaller businesses, it can be time-consuming and costly. These additional expenses can be tough to absorb without having to raise prices across the board.

2. Environmental Impact

Many large companies that offer free returns often face challenges in hiring enough staff to inspect each returned item. In fact, the costs of processing these returns can sometimes exceed the expenses associated with disposing of them. Each year, approximately 5 billion tons of returns end up in landfills, contributing to pollution on our planet. Unfortunately, the environmental impact doesn't stop there.

When carriers transport an item both ways, the environmental impact effectively doubles with each purchase. Considering how many people buy multiple items with the intention of returning one, this can lead to significant environmental costs. It's important for us to be mindful of these impacts as we shop.

Due to the reasons mentioned above, we currently do not offer free returns. We genuinely care about the environment and prefer to keep our prices reasonable rather than passing on the costs of reverse logistics.
