Holidays has started - all of our partnered suppliers and our factory have already stopped manufacturing and have closed for the national holidays, our shipping partners are working with limited operations. We'll resume processing of orders on February 19th and orders that have been delayed would be shipped out. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays), from February 19th, for order processing due to a backlog and limited operations.
