Return Policy

Returns are accepted under conditions on all orders (except UK and U.S. orders). We currently cannot accept returns on UK and U.S. orders due to long transit time and complexities with customs.

When shopping with ÀMonBelAmour, we kindly remind you to make your decisions thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns without a valid reason and supporting evidence. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and recording the unboxing process in one continuous video - starting from when the package is sealed to when it’s completely open. This helps us verify any issues and assist you more effectively. If you encounter any problems with your item(s), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video.

Please note that all sales are final unless valid reasons and evidence are provided. If you have any doubts or would like more information, feel free to reach out! We’re always happy to answer any questions about the item(s) via email at info@amonbelamour.com or through our Instagram inbox.


Item(s) can ONLY be returned under the 3 following circumstances:

      • Products arrived damaged (unboxing video & photos required).
      • Incorrect/wrong or missing products (unboxing video required).
      • Item is incorrect size label and/or incorrect color (videos required).

        Return Guidelines

          To make return service as easy as possible, please strictly follow the guidelines as below:

            • Contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 3 days upon receipt. Items returned after 3 days and items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
            • Do not send the item(s) back to the address on the package. If your return/exchange request is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
            • ÀMonBelAmour does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion.
            • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
            • Items can not be returned in the process of shipping.
            • Last Chance/Limited Edition/Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
            • All lingeries and bodysuits are FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons.
            • ÀMonBelAmour strictly doesn't support these kinds of reasons: not as expected, changed mind, delays in delivery, the style doesn't suit, item doesn't fit, no longer need the item(s),…
            • Pre-order items can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
            • Items can not be returned in case of wrong size selection. In accordance with our environmental policy, we do not approve fast fashion (order, try on and return), and want to limit polluting round trips of goods.
            • If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
            • We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
            • For returns from Canada, Australia and The UK, as of January 1st, 2024, we no longer accept returned package(s) shipped by Canada Post/Australian Post/Royal Mail. We accept ONLY returned package(s) shipped by DHL Express. Proof of postage and valid tracking number are required.
            • Any loss or damages in transit of return are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep the proof of postage and a record of tracking number as a reference.
            • Customs Duties: The postage and any applicable taxes incurred during the return are fully the responsibility of the customer. If not resolved within 30 days, the package will be automatically sent back to you and additional storage fees may apply.

          The below conditions are NOT related to quality issues:

          1. Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display are not considered as quality issues;
          2. Subjective dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason is not considered as quality issues;
          3. Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not considered as quality issues;
          4. Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not considered as quality issues and will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
          5. Sizing issues are not considered as quality issues.

          Restrictions

          We want to ensure smooth delivery for your order, so please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by customers. This includes things like an incorrect address, contact number, or consignee's name. Unfortunately, in such cases, we won’t be able to process a refund. 

          If you notice any mistakes in your order details, please reach out to us at info@amonbelamour.com with your order number and the correct information before your order is shipped out.

          Return shipping costs

          It's important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by ÀMonBelAmour. As the customer, you'll be responsible for paying for a DHL Express shipping label, and should keep proof of postage in case any issues arise during shipping. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a tracking number, as it helps us identify your return package. 

          Once we’ve received the item back and completed our inspection, we’ll process your refund for the original amount minus (initial shipping costs + initial Duties & Taxes of your country + 30% China's Customs Import Tax). If you benefited from free shipping, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

          Just a friendly reminder: the initial customs duties and import taxes we paid to clear the package in your country, as well as any China Customs import taxes (VAT) incurred during a return, will not be covered by ÀMonBelAmour. These charges will be deducted from your final refund.

          Once your item is returned and accepted for a refund, we will process it using your original payment method. Please allow 20-28 business days for the refund to clear. Additionally, we’re happy to offer you a credit note that can be used on our website.

          By making a purchase, you agree to our refund policy terms. Please keep in mind that any violations of our terms and policies may lead to a permanent ban from shopping with us.
