Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless specified in our Return Policy.

When purchasing from ÀMonBelAmour, please be reminded to shop wisely as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns. We suggest you to inspect your package upon arrival. In very rare case, there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in package, please contact us immediately. 
Please ensure you check all the measurements given in the description of the item(s).
All sales are considered final. If you are not feeling certain, or would like to request more information, we are always happy to answer any enquiries about the item(s) via email or Instagram inbox.

Items can ONLY be returned under the following circumstances:

    • Products arrived damaged (photos/videos required).
    • Incorrect/wrong or missing products (videos required).
    • Item is incorrect size label and/or incorrect color (videos required)
    • If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer to repair, replace, refund/return or provide partial refund as a compensation for the washing the stains.

        Under what condition can items NOT be returned? 

          • Items can NOT be returned in the process of shipping.
            • All items in "Handmade Premium Collection" since they're all pre-order/made-to-order items.
              • PRE-ORDER items can NOT be returned, refunded or exchanged as they are not possible for second sale.
                • Lingeries can NOT be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
                  • Last chance/Limited edition/Final sales items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
                    • We DO NOT accept returns in case of wrong size selection. In order to avoid disappointments of this kind, please carefully read the item description and refer to the item Size Measurements/Chart before placing an order as most of our clothing comes in Asian Sizes which differ from US/EU/UK/AU sizes, we also have a Size Guide page to help you measure your body correctly. Please be sure to check the Size Chart before ordering (manual measurements are allowed to have +/- 1-3cm difference) - by comparing the item measurements to your own measurements, you should get a pretty accurate fit and be able to find out which size you should order or contact us for assistance. Furthermore, in accordance with our environmental policy, we do not approve fast fashion (order, try on and return), and want to limit polluting round trips of goods.
                      • After 3 days upon receipt, returns and exchanges won't be accepted. 
                        • Items returned with obvious use, washed, worn or similar product stains will be subject to refusal. Items without original packaging and tags will also be subject to refusal.
                        • Please note that our Return Policy strictly doesn't support these kinds of reasons: not as expected, I wear it not as beautiful as the model, changed mind, delays in delivery, the style doesn't suit, item doesn't fit, no longer need the item(s), just simply want to return without a reason,...

                        The below conditions are NOT related to quality issues:

                        (1) Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display are not considered as quality issues;
                        (2) Subjective dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason is not considered as quality issues;
                        (3) Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not considered as quality issues;
                        (4) Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not considered as quality issues and will not be accepted for returns.
                        (5) Sizing issues are not considered as quality issues.


                        We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at with your order number and correct information before your order is shipped out.

                        Return shipping costs

                        It's important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by ÀMonBelAmour. The customer will be responsible for choosing a reliable tracked delivery service and will need to retain proof of postage in the event that there is an issue in the postage process. We do not accept returns which do not have a tracking number because we won’t be able to identify which return package is yours.

                        Once we have received the item back and it has been checked, we will refund you the original amount minus (the initial shipping costs + China's Customs Import Tax). Purchases made using PayPal will have the non-refundable PayPal fees deducted from your final refund. If you have received free shipping, returned item(s) will have our standard shipping costs deducted from the amount.

                        Keep in mind that China's Customs Import Tax (VAT) incurred by the return or exchange will not be covered by ÀMonBelAmour: this will be deducted from the final refund.

                        Once your item has been returned and accepted for a refund, we will refund you via your original payment method. This may take between 20-28 business days to clear. We are also happy to offer a credit note to be used on the website.

                        Return / Exchange Guidelines:

                        To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please strictly follow the guidelines as below:

                        • Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 3 days upon receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
                        • Please do NOT send the items back to the address on the package. If your return/exchange request is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
                        • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused and has not been dry cleaned or damaged. It must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
                        • Items can be returned through any courier of customer's choice. We'd recommend to give priority to reputable and secure shipping companies like DHL, FedEx for fast and safe shipping.
                        • For returns from the US, Canada and Australia, as of May 1st, 2023, we no longer accept returned package(s) sent with USPS/Canada Post/Australian Post.
                          We accept ONLY returned package(s) sent with DHL. Proof of postage and a valid tracking number are required.
                        • Here are 3 mandatory requirements when returning item(s) to ÀMonBelAmour, please strictly follow these guidelines:
                          1. Valid tracking number is required.
                          2. Recipient's signature is required.
                          3. Guaranteed arrival date by the shipping company (less than 30 days). 
                        • Please note that any loss or damages in transit of return are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep the proof of postage and a record of tracking number as a reference.
                        • Customs Duties: The postage and possible TAXES incurred by the return or exchange are fully borne by the customer, otherwise after 30 days, the package will be automatically returned and additional storage fees may be incurred.
                        These above requirements are based on our calculations and experience, we kindly asked our customers to cooperate to avoid any unintended incidents arising. Once we have received the returned package, we will send email notification and arrange a refund/exchange within 3-5 working days.

                        What if there is Late or Missing refunds?

                        If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
